ABOUT

A Thriving Congregation in Dallas

St. Peter’s Anglican Church though Conservative, is Evangelical and “Pentecostal.” In this church Jesus Christ is Lord and everybody is somebody. In this church, we are saved, we are being saved and we are going to be saved. Come and be a part of this family.

As Anglicans, we are a liturgical church as contained in the Book of Common Prayer.

Theologically, we are Bible-based and Christ-centered. "We confess the Canonical books of the Old and New Testaments to be the inspired word of God, containing all things necessary for salvation. We confess Baptism and the Supper of the Lord to be Sacraments ordained by Christ Himself in the Gospel." We believe in the formularies of the Apostles Creed and the traditions Church.

St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Dallas, Texas is a parish in the Anglican Diocese of the West (ADOTW), with the Rt. Rev. Dr. Felix Orji as the Bishop and Rt. Rev. Dr. Scott Seely as the  Suffragan Bishop for ADOTW Region One. ADOTW is one of the Church of Nigeria North America Mission (CONNAM).

OUR DIOCESE

The Anglican Diocese of the West is a missionary diocese of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion).

We are a diverse group of Christians worshipping together in the Anglican tradition. Our churches range from old to new, high to low, predominantly African to predominantly Anglo. What holds us together is our commitment to the Gospel, the authority of Scripture, and the Body of Christ gathered where the Word of God is faithfully preached and the Sacraments duly administered.

We welcome you to join us as we work to make disciples of Jesus Christ in all nations.
